Return Policy: Requesting an RMA Number

• You must request a return within 30 days of your purchase order date to qualify for a refund. Please keep in mind results may vary and it may take up to 30 days to see results. We recommend you keep the product for the full 30 days to see significant results in your immune health and digestive system.
• If you ordered 2 or more bottles of Nutraelle DigestiveCare, you must return the additional bottles in un- tampered, unopened-with condition.
• In order to complete your return and refund, please click here to request a return merchandise authorization number (RMA #) or simply call us at 1-800-918-0584.
• Upon receiving your RMA number please package your return and write clearly on the outside of the package your return merchandise authorization number and the return address provided. Please note, partially returned orders will not qualify for a return.

• Upon receiving your returned order, all refunds are issued via the same payment method we received. Refunds are processed on the 1st of each month. Please allow until next month’s statement to view the credit reflected on the credit card statement.

• Returns that are postmarked more than 30 days after the date of the order will not be refunded.
• Confirmation of return must be made. Please provide a tracking number when returning product.
• Costs of shipping the product for a refund are not covered. Customer is solely responsible for shipping costs.
